Please Note:

By accepting delivery of a product, you acknowledge that the product has been received in acceptable condition.Products shipped to an address, other than the credit card billing address, may be delayed while fraud screening takes place. Orders that fail our screening process will be cancelled.

How much is shipping and delivery?

Pop your items in the shopping cart as you browse The Stance Bros Shop and proceed to the checkout.

Once you've provided the delivery address, the costs will be calculated and shown on screen. 

Where will my order be sent from?

Stance Bros is 100% Canadian run and owned. Orders are shipped from one of our fulfilment centres across the world.  

When should my order arrive?

Usually, from the day your order ships, you can expect to be showing off your new Stance Bros gear in around 5-15 business days.

It's important to note that in some countries, you may need to allow an additional 4-5 days for your local customs.

Who will deliver my order?

We rely on a network of external shipping partners around the world including the long-haul capabilities of Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail as well as the distribution expertise of local postal services including USPS to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.

For this reason, tracking is not always available.

If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on the shipping email we will send you on orders of 2 or more items.

How will my order be packaged?

The packaging is sturdily designed to protect your order as it makes its way to you. There aren't invoices or payment information sent with orders - rather this is sent to the e-mail address provided on the order.

We only ship to the verified mailing address.

Posters and large photographic prints arrive rolled in a mailing tube.

T-shirts and hoodies are packaged in soft protective garment bags.

If your order contains a few different products, they may be shipped as several separate packages, which can arrive on different days.

 What if my order is later than expected?

If your order hasn't reached you within 15 business days, the best first step is to contact your local post office in case they are holding the package for you. You'd be surprised how often this is the case!

If you feel that your order is taking much longer than it should, you've allowed a reasonable time for your local customs to peek at your awesome new stuff, and your local post office was not able to help, contact us and we'll see what we can do. When contacting us, please let us know your order number and the full correct delivery address so we can help you as soon as possible.

 A tracking number was received, but tracking information is unavailable.

When an order is shipped using a trackable service, tracking information for deliveries will generally be available within 1-3 days, however sometimes it may take a shipping partner a little longer.
