Refund Policy

Please contact us at shop@stancebros.com to arrange the return ahead of time. Customers may return unopened/ unused product for a refund within 14 days of purchase. It is the buyers responsibility to ship the item(s) back to us. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns on opened product(s) or custom orders. 

Returns sent back without prior notification will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please do not return your purchase back if :

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or opened for reasons not due to our error.
• 14 or more days have passed since you received your order.
